First, a little background information...

Originally conceived in 1957 by Lance Reventlow, founder of Reventlow Automobiles, Inc., the Scarab was Reventlow's American response to the European racecar stronghold.

Within one short year, the RAI team had taken the Scarab from the drawing board to the racing circuit, capturing a string of victories, including the 1958 U.S. Grand Prix in Riverside, CA.

Not too bad for a one-year-old.

Now fast-forward 50 years...

Modeled after the aesthetic specifications of the legendary 1958 masterpiece, today's Scarab also includes modern day safety improvements, as well as a variety of customizable options including leather interiors, tire upgrades, and custom paint selections.

Each Scarab will be registered to show year of production, original owner, individual serial number, selected options, and will be entered into the Scarab Registry.

The end result is an elegant, high-performing automobile that is as unique as its owner. This vehicle is destined to become a true collectible and will be produced on a limited basis.
