The Mercedes Benz SL (“Sport Light”) line is the longest-running model of the brand for good reason – it’s the most desirable and best-looking of all Mercedes Benz cars that traces its original DNA to the famous “Gull Wing” Mercedes Benz and the racing SL’s that scored victories at Le Mans and other racing circuits.

This car is the Third Generation of the “W107” designation SL line. The most powerful of this generation is this 560SL – made only from 1986 to 1989, with 1989 being the most prized among collectors and enthusiasts. The last 107 made, a 1989 500SL painted Astral Silver, resides in the Mercedes-Benz museum in Stuttgart, Germany.

This example is finished in Desert Taupe Metallic over Cream Beige Leather. It has both a soft top and its removable “Pagoda Roof” hardtop. Also included are a factory car cover, and two sets of wheels – its original wheel set, and a set of AMG Mercedes-Benz wheels. The condition of the tires on both wheels sets is excellent. The overall condition of this car is spectacular – it smells like a new car, drives wonderfully, everything works just as it should. Upgrades include an integrated radar-detector and trunk-mounted Sony CD changer with remote.
