Brighton Motorsports is pleased to present this highly-desirable and iconic American muscle-car,  - 1965 Mustang Coupe finished in Poppy Red exterior over White Bucket Seat Interior.This Mustang is powered by its freshly rebuilt 289-cubic-inch V8 engine, and equipped with a rebuilt dual-range C4 automatic transmission, and chrome wheels with Goodyear whitewall radial tires.
 
In addition there’s several premium options such as Rally Pac, Fog Lights, R134 A/C and nice burbly dual exhaust.  Originally rustproofed, this beautiful machine has had a three year restoration completed in 2002 that started with a garage kept 75,000 mile car. All the parts that could be salvaged were incorporated into the new build to keep things as original as possible, everything else was either rebuilt or replaced.  There’s over $20,000.00 in receipts.
 
Engine: 289-2V “Numbers Matching”:
Rebuilt Heads with Hardened Valve Seats, New Oil pump, Fuel Pump, Lifters, Pistons, Starter, Flywheel Gear Ring, Alternator, Power Steering Pump, R134 A/C Compressor, A/C Pressure and Retur Hoses, Condensor, 3 Core Radiator, Radiator Hoses, Water Pump, Belts, Motor Mounts, Aluminized Dual Exhaust System, Lifetime Mufflers, Washer Pump and Hoses, 16 Gallon Fuel Tank, and Sending Unit.
 
Electrical:
New Ignition Coil, Cap and Rotor, Plug Wires, Voltage Regulator, Auto-Lite Battery, Battery Cables, Starter Solenoid, Ignition Switch, Neutral Safety Switch, Hi/Lo Dimmer Switch, Turn Signal Switch Assembly, Radio with 6-Disc CD, Blaupunkt 6x9 Speakers, Antenna, Parking Lights and Housings, Backup Lamps and Housings, Headlights, Headlight Switch, and added a correct Rally Pac with rebuilt Tachometer.
 
Transmission: C-4 Automatic “Original”:
Transmission has been completely rebuilt with a mild shift kit, new Transmission Mounts, Shifter Handle, Shifter Plate, Speedometer Cable.

Differential, Steering Box, Control Valve, and Power Piston were completely rebuilt, all of the following parts are new: Leaf Springs and Bushings, Shocks, Ball Joints, Wheel Bearings, Wheel Cylinders, Brake Shoes, Brake Hoses, Brake Lines, Emergency Brake Cabling and Linkage, A-Arm Bushings, Sway Bar Bushings, Power Steering Linkage, Power Steering Hoses, Master Cylinder, Brake Booster, Mustang Wheels.
 
Interior: White with Black Trim:
All of the following parts are new: Sound Deadening, Carpet, Seat Upholstery, Headliner, Door Panels, Sun Visors, Water Shields, Arm Rest Pads, and Bases, Kick Pads, Glove Box Emblem, Instrument Bezel, Package Tray, Mustang Floor Mats, Day/Night Rear View Mirror, Heater Plenum, Glove Box, Defroster Ducts, Heater Core.
